- Choir practice for the month of September will be on the second Sunday of the month, Sept. 11, following the lunch.
- On Sunday Sept. 11 (8/29 os) we remember the beheading of the Forerunner and Baptist John. Even though it is a Sunday, this day is kept as a fast day due to the sorrowful nature of the remembrance.
- The feast of the Nativity of the Virgin falls on Wednesday Sept. 21 (9/8 os). There will be Vigil for this feast on Tuesday evening (9/20) at 6 p.m. and Divine Liturgy for the feast on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.
- The feast of the Exaltation of the Cross falls on Tuesday Sept. 27 (9/14 os). There will be Vigil for the feast with the veneration of the Cross on Monday evening (9/26) at 6 p.m. and the Divine Liturgy for the feast on Tuesday at 8 a.m. This day is kept as a fasting day.
- The choir practice for the month of October will be the first Sunday of that month, Oct. 2, following the lunch.
