- Fr. David will be out of town on Sept. 5 and 6. There will be reader’s services only on those days. The regular service schedule will resume on Sept. 12 and 13.
- The feast of the Nativity of the Mother of God (9/8) falls on Monday Sept. 21. There will be Vigil for the feast on Sunday evening at 6 p.m. and the Divine Liturgy on Monday morning at 8 a.m.
- The feast of the Exaltation of the Cross (9/14) falls on Sunday Sept. 27. The services will be combined with the regular Sunday services (Vigil Saturday evening at 6 p.m. and Divine Liturgy Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m.) Even though it is a Sunday, the feast of the Cross is a fasting day and therefore on this day we abstain from meat, dairy, and fish.
