O sweetest Jesus, God of my heart! Thou granted me children through the flesh; their souls belong to Thee. Thou hast redeemed their souls and mine by Thy priceless Blood. For the sake of Thy divine Blood, I beseech Thee, O my sweetest Savior, touch the hearts of my children (names) and godchildren (names) with Thy grace, protect them through godly fear of Thee, restrain them from evil inclinations and habits, and direct them on a light-filled path of life, truth, and goodness. Adorn their life with all things good and salvific, arrange their fate by Thy All-knowing Providence, and save their souls by the judgments which Thou knowest. O Lord, God of our fathers! Give my children (names) and godchildren (names) upright hearts, so that they would keep Thy commandments, revelations, and statutes. Amen.
