- On Saturday Nov. 8, due to Fr. David’s late return to Boise, there will be reader’s vespers at 6 p.m. The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated as usual on Sunday morning Nov. 9 at 9:30 a.m. Those who wish to receive communion on Sunday should make arrangements with Fr. David for confession during the week.
- Tuesday Nov. 11 is Veteran’s Day. There will be a molieben at 6 p.m. at the Church on that day for those who are serving and have served in the military.
- American Thanksgiving is on Thursday Nov. 27 this year. There will be a molieben and akathist of thanksgiving served that morning at 10 a.m.
- The Nativity Fast begins on Nov. 28, the day after Thanksgiving. During this fast fish is permitted on all weekends as well as other feast days during the fast – please consult the calendar for details.
